Our Story

Before founding the Cameron Law Center, LLC, Timothy most recently served as Special Assistant General Counsel with the state of Illinois. Before then, Timothy Served as in-house counsel to a healthcare management services organization (“MSO”) for the largest privately held and operated group of chiropractic clinics in the United States. In this role, his tasks included overseeing the composition of purchase agreements and ancillary documentation for numerous multimillion dollar transactions leading to an expansion from 125 clinics in nine states to 145 clinics in twelve states, counseling C-Suite Executives through a clear comprehension of the organization’s growth model, and negotiating, drafting, and overseeing full execution of transactional documents including vendor agreements, commercial leases, physician contracts, and restrictive covenant agreements among others. A highly motivated, caring, and adaptable attorney, Timothy brings 10 years of legal experience and knowledge to his practice at Cameron Law Center, LLC.
